Nudge collects only data that is necessary to operate the service:
- Email address and company information provided at account creation
- Platform usage data (session durations, features used)
- Billing information processed through our payment provider (card details are not stored at Nudge)
To track competitor prices, we access only publicly available web pages. No personal data is processed in this activity.
2. How We Use Your Data
Data is used for:
- Service delivery and technical support
- Billing and subscription management
- Platform improvements and bug fixes
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Security
All data is stored with AES-256 encryption. TLS 1.3 is used in transit. Our infrastructure is hosted within the European Union and undergoes regular security audits.
4. Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of the active subscription and 30 days after account closure. Price history data is retained according to plan limits (Starter: 6 months, Growth: 24 months, Enterprise: per contract).
