What we built and changed.
Every feature update, improvement, and bug fix in Nudge is documented here.
The same listing no longer becomes a new product on every update
Tracking parameters in a listing's address caused it to be recorded as a new product on every update. Listing identity was normalised and the accumulated duplicates were merged.
- Listing addresses normalised
- Accumulated duplicate records merged
- A missing brand is no longer treated as evidence of mismatch
API access, webhooks and MAP evidence
The REST API and webhooks, included in every plan, went live. When a MAP violation is caught, a timestamped evidence record is kept — a document you can send to the reseller.
- API keys and REST endpoints
- Event-based webhooks
- Timestamped MAP violation evidence
Rejected recommendations are now visible
Why a product produced no recommendation is now on screen. Moves that were calculated and then stopped by a check are recorded and shown as part of the list.
- Every observation is recorded
- Rejected moves are part of the screen, not a banner
- MAP violations separated from price recommendations
Matching fixed for Turkish characters
Turkish uppercase conversion left four of six products unable to match any competitor listing. It surfaced in the first customer demo and was fixed.
- Turkish case folding in matching
- Staff console can enable or disable a monitoring target
Monitoring screens show the right data
The monitoring screens were showing the wrong data, wrongly. Both the source and the presentation were fixed.
- Data source corrected
- Presentation corrected
AI assistant
An assistant you can ask questions about your data. Read-only at first, then extended with a preview-and-confirm flow for reversible actions.
- Tier 1: read-only
- Tier 2: preview, then confirm
- Conversation memory and position history
Rule engine and what-if scenarios
You define your own pricing rules, and the engine always applies yours first. Before switching a rule on, you can see what it would have done.
- Pricing rules you define yourself
- Your rules always take precedence
- What-if: see the result before enabling
Plan limits and usage counters
Plan limits are no longer just words on a page — they are enforced. How many products are tracked and how much headroom is left is visible on screen.
- Product and competitor limits enforced
- Usage counters on the dashboard
- Warning as a limit approaches
Scheduled updates and the daily digest
Price updates now run on their own schedule. A digest email goes out every morning, and a weekly report lands on Mondays.
- Automatic refresh every five hours
- Daily digest email
- Weekly report on Mondays
Multi-tenancy, roles and invitations
The product moved from a single-user tool to a multi-tenant platform. Each organisation has its own data, its own users and role-based access.
- Data isolation per organisation
- Role-based access control
- User invitations by email
Product matching and competitor linking
Matching went live: it decides whether a competitor listing is the same product as yours. Each verdict carries a confidence, and low-confidence matches are not accepted automatically.
- Three-way verdict: same, variant or different
- Match confidence is recorded
- Review queue for low-confidence matches
First release: price data pipeline and dashboard
Price data flowed end to end for the first time: products are defined, competitor prices refresh on a schedule, and the dashboard shows them.
- Data model for products and competitor prices
- Scheduled price updates
- First web dashboard
